Shipping & returns

Orders placed before 3pm on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day.

Standard worldwide delivery takes 3–7 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €39; below that a flat €5.90 applies. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging for a full refund. Email support@veylo8.com and we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds land within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel.

Every Veylo8 fan carries a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and premature battery failure. We repair or replace, your choice.
